Location of Pinks Mews is convenient, however management of the property is extremely disappointing. The aircon system here has not been working for ages despite haphazard attempts to repair it by the engineer who obviously has no idea how to fix it. It is hot like hell during summer without aircon because air circulation is awful due to building structure. Internet connects at the speed of a snail here, even phone signal is extremely poor! Terrible accommodation that is not weather resistant. Leaks from all sorts of places when it rains. Water comes from bathroom ceilings and kitchen vents and it got so bad it leaked all over the common areas/carpets. Mold growing as a result. No aircon which has not been fixed for many years. Take your pick: poor management or bad contractors or both. Uninhabitable and limited value to landlords or tenants.
