Bitter sweet experience, when I arrived for my 4pm appointment, the lady looked surprised when I arrived and they didn’t have a clue I had an appointment even though I had booked that same day with confirmation. When I walked in eventually, one of the ladies was on the toilet with the door slightly ajar, the waiting room area looked like a crack den.
