Sam was brilliant with my mum when she had a rat problem recently. She was very quick to come when we called her initially. She was also very knowledgeable, determined to sort the rat problem and came every day until the rat was caught. Very thorough, reliable and sensitive to my mum's needs and worries. Very reasonably priced too. We recommend her wholeheartedly.

Discovered wasp nest in bow window on Saturday afternoon. Sam came first thing Sunday morning, explained the process and killed the nest with full protective gear. Wasps all gone by Monday morning. Paid by bank transfer. Totally professional. Totally recommended by me, Malcolm Hill.
