it's a great practice! staff are knowledgeable and lovely with beloved pets.
I took my elderly cat to the vets were she was seen by the vet he diagnosed thyroid problems and said the treatment would cost £30 a month, went to pick up my medication this morning and the price has gone up by nearly £150 was totally mislead by the vet really not happy at all. I really wouldn’t recommend them.
Staff communicated well, my cat had needed an operation. The Vet pre Op had provided a quote & explained the procedure, but stated it would be his colleague who performed the Op. Post Op, Veterinary Nurses were respectful of my Cats need to be as undisturbed as possible. They took the lid off her Cat carrier, examined her wounds etc. & chatted to myself while asking relevant questions. Would have been zero stars if there was that option. Rude staff, the vet refused to apologise for administering unecessary medication and not complying with administration checks. Would avoid this practice at all costs.
