Randy Thomas is awesome! Your staff in the maintenance department are always honest and helpful, which is hard to find these days! This is our third vehicle we have purchased from you over the last 17 years and will come again when our kiddos start driving....scary! Maybe one for me before then. we have had 4 honda's over the years and were in the market for a different vehicle. Aaron was great and couldn't do enough to help us find the vehicle we purchased. Everyone there was very good. I normally hate to buy a car and go through the process, but it was quite pleasant at your dealership.

I have to say it was painless, very well organized. I had one hiccup there was a misunderstanding about the payoff on my train in. We did come to an agreement.

Overall experience was quite satisfactory. I was impressed with the product knowledge of Jason Cowell and Chris Perkins. They also presented themselves quite well with a professional image. The white shirt and ties were impressive. My wife and I had visited several other Spfld dealerships who were laid back, almost slovenly. There salesmen went by some goofy title and their closers were less than professional in appearance. Very pleasant. No high-pressure sales, the salesman (Russ) gave us plenty of "space", and he was very knowledgable about the Hondas.

I called Randy Thomas because I was interested in a used car I saw on your lot. He was great! I have been looking for a car for a while, and it seemed everywhere I went I was pressured into buying something. I NEVER felt an ounce of pressure from Randy. He was very professional and I am very happy with my car!

Absolutely very pleasant. I always dread going and buying a car. I came down from Kansas City to visit my mom and she said let's go check out Don Wessels (she bought her last two Honda Accords from Don Wessels). So off we went and it was great! Rich, Richie and Pat were all great, made buying a car very easy! They were not high pressure at all, very helpful, knowledgable and very honest. I will be back even if I still live in Kansas City.
