Barbour-Hendrick Honda Greenville was recommended by a family member who spoke highly of this dealership. Having dealt with several dealerships in the Goldsboro and Wilson area, we were skeptical since the service in those areas were mediocre. The customer service was great, the service department listened to my automobile concerns, looked into my inquiries and proved to be was very knowledgeable about the car needs and they took care of it so that my car would run accurately.
I have had my car serviced at Staten Island Honda Service Dept since 2005 when I purchased an accord. I feel I can trust their business philosophy after all this years and decided to stay with them when I opted for a CRV rather than another competitive vehicle. I met a new service advisor, Marc Brown, when I brought my car in for its first service visit. I found him helpful and accommodating.
As always excellent service so I go every maintenance to them even though I live 30 miles away from the dealership
Beverly helped me buy my first car and she was amazing!! So helpful and walked me through everything making sure I got the best deal! She was kind and considerate!! Appreciate everything she did for me!!

On Monday March 15 I was at Honda getting my annual Maintenance done on my 2020 CRV - not only was I pleased with the service but also Thomas Cacace was very cordial and patient in explaining everything to me as to what was taken care of as far as the maintenance - my next due maintenance I hope he is there to take care of me again ð???
