Called Honda SI for an appointment for service for my HRV. Easy process. Arrived on time as was taken on a timely basis. Checked in by Thomas Cacace. Very courteous and professional. Contacted me when vehicle was ready. Was ready earlier than promised. At checkout, again Thomas was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Honda SI and Thomas Cacace.
Steered in the right direction by the dealerships knowledgeable sales team. Left completely satisfied. Ask for Robert Aviles.
Brought car in for a software program recall and was advised by Thomas Cacace. Everything went fine with the recall issue. Thomas called recommended new Wipers, Brake Fluid Service and an Oil Change, quoting prices, prior to initiating the actions. When completed he called me for pick-up and took the time to review all charges with me again. The whole experience was professional and completed in a timely manner.
I was met promptly by Service Advisor Steve Skaggs and he was both informative and attentive to my recall issue. My Honda CRV was finished when promised and the cashier assisted me locating where my vehicle was parked. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received.
Very pleased with the service - Steve was outstanding in getting me a $100 discount applied to a scheduled maintenance that was over $1,000. The loaner they provided me for free was extremely helpful during that day as well...very appreciative!!

I have never had a bad experience at Hugh White Honda. Trust me when I say "I do not enjoy, nor look forward to the whole new car search, purchase, or leasing experience!"
