This was my third very positive experience of purchasing a Honda from Don Wessel Honda. There is no high pressure sales, the price is always fair and the service after the sale is absolutely the very best that I have ever experienced in my 40 years of being an automobile driver. Our sales associate was very patient with us. We drove 3 different cars before making our decision. He was always there to answer any questions that we had. He went above and beyond what we asked. We never felt pressured. He gave us a good trade-in on our old car. We did not get that good of a trade-in at the other dealers.

Chris was awesome. in fact, everyone we dealt with was great. i have told all my friends to go to don wessel and to Chris because of how we were treated. for me the real test will be with service issues and/or warranty issues.

My first visit to Don Wessel Honda was in March about a month after my husband died. Nathan Blanton greeted me and helped me. The quality service at Don Wessel started with my first test drive. It was very nice to be told to get in the car and take my time to test drive it. I told Nathan that I would be buying a car but I was not sure if it would be used, new or another car brand but I would be loyal to him and ask for him each time I came in so I would not need to be called constantly. It was very good compared to what I expected. Mark met me on the lot and answered all my questions in a professional manner. I never felt any pressure from him. I came to look at Don Wessel due to the service I have received over the years from your service department especially Sam. I am glad I will be able to continue having them work on my car if needed.

We have had an EXCELLENT experience from the sales to the purchase and the customer service from the shop getting it detailed, etc. Matt was wonderful to work with and was upfront and honest with us, no games! We will definitely reccommend Matt and Don Wessel to all of our friends and family!
