Fantastic service from Pine Tree's Garage. I was looking for a quality used second hand car and was fortunate to discover Pine Tree's which is a small and friendly local firm close to Preston and Kirkham. Jamie was great to deal with and I received a great price for my vehicle which I wanted to part exchange. I made enquiries over the Christmas period and Jamie went above and beyond to accommodate an appointment to take a test drive in-between Christmas and New Year. Amazing sales and car. Test drove a Nissan Quashqai 2017 which was thorough and all questions answered. A fault occurred during the test drive and it was going to be identified and sorted before I picked the car up. Also Amazing that the Alloy wheels are being refurbished before picking the car up too. Communication right from the start. So helpful. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
Jamie and Dave were a pleasure to deal with. Picked me up from the train station and registered tax online for me. I was sorted out with the all the car paperwork and back to Scotland in time for tea. Car was reasonably priced too 👍
Purchased a car from here on September 2024, first time buyer, passed my test a month beforehand. Approx a day after purchasing, I noticed the tracking was off, contacted themselves and was no response. Contacted them via phone and they stated I needed to take it somewhere. Warranty with them was practically useless. I was greeted and looked after by Jamie. He was very helpful and friendly and put no pressure on me whatsoever. He let me look over the car on my own and allowing a test drive was no problem.
