The staff at reception are very friendly and responsive when it comes to questions and any maintenance requests. Definitely making our living experience easier and comfortable from day one.
My girlfriend and I moved to Leeds in 2024 and into Pinyard. The location is great for anyone that needs access to the train station or works within the city centre and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. There are options for social events with other members of the building which helped when moving to a new city. Strongly recommend the apartments, especially for young professionals. We thoroughly enjoyed our tenure at Pinyard.
The Grainger staff here (shout-out to Claudia and Jess) are incredibly friendly, approachable, and helpful when it comes to anything to do with living at Pin Yard. Maintenance issues are always logged and dealt with promptly; the amenity spaces, such as the gym, are also well equipped and maintained. Couldn't ask for more and would highly recommend Grainger/Pin Yard to others.
Everyone at Pinyard and the Grainger team have made the moving in process so easy and welcoming. Me and my partner love our new home, the team behind Pinyard are so genuine and make it a feel good place!
We have recently moved to Pinyard and we absolutely love it! Spacious, clean and modern apartments and the reception team are super helpful and always on hand to assist with any queries :)
