Very bad
I had the one bedroom flat in wigston grown floor , the agency don’t care about anything and you will not be able to get hold of the landlord because you don’t get his number I got told I have to leave this flat due to the landlord giving up and now this property is back in market place also this property had rising mold and damp and all they have done is painted over this I had someone out to look at this and they said it was dangerous and I was suffering with my health and the time and they didn’t do anything about it , I ... read more

Worst letting agent ever..they just know how to take the rent but finds it not urgent to sort out the boiler etc..also tried to increased the rent within the first 6 months of tenancy and robbed us of our deposit...I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT TO RENT WITG THESE GUYS..IF THERE WAS LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN THAT!! *** Answer to the response below: OF course we are only on the system to take money but not for negative comments.. We have a terraced house which has been rented out for more than 20 years. We have experienced a number of different property agents over the years. Most agents were bad - taking fees and not delivering service. But switched to PinAProperty last year. I can honestly say they are EXCELLENT. Outstanding customer service - good communications, very efficient, thorough and professional. I would definitely recommend them.
