I am so happy I am with this practice The reception staff are most helpful. The Doctors very thorough I was sent for an Xray 5days later the doctor phoned me told me the results put me on medication for three days on the Fourth day the doctor phoned to see how I was & as the medication had not helped she put me on a course of steroids & kept checking with me ! Went for an ultrasound, referred by my GP via healthshare. The staff is rude, they kept misspelling and misspronouncing my name despite repeating it 7 times and spelling it out. They didn't comunicate much and the chaperone nurse didn't make me feel at ease. The reception area was smelling like urine. Luckily everything was quick and on time.
Horrible as always!
