RecommendedI spent 4 months on Pike's Peak in 1985. US Army. Loved the Race, from the dirt bikes to the top cars. A lady won that year. She had the best time. If never been to Pike's Peak its a must see for Americans

Recommendedgreat drive lots of places along the road for pictures, I would suggest to have some souvenirs that are made in The USA, kinda sad that such an Iconic landmark has no locally or at least US made stuff to remember the trip by.

RecommendedThe drive is not for the faint of heart. Consider the shuttle. Amazing views, and worth the trip. And don't forget to dress WARM and try the donuts!
