Hired a van, traveled and put in a locked compound untouched and returned after the weekend drive back. Failure to return deposit. I shouldve believed the reviews, as its common place for them to do this. Aparently a piece of the companies sticker had came of the letter, and an aparent scratch. Dropped vehicle off and they was too busy to check while i was there, promised money back that afternoon, i took photos after i left it with no damage. Thank you pierremonts car hire I’ve been hiring cars of you for a few years now and again at the weekend, Your prices are reasonable The cars are new They serve there purpose, You are always helpful and polite, I once had a small , yes small reduction on my deposit for not topping up the fuel but I should have brought it back with the same amount in- so no issues for me , You returned my deposit within a day or two once return More importantly they are cheaper then all the others around Thanet, and they are opposite ramsgate... read more

Something is not right here. I have rented the car for 2weeks and the man who gives me the car he told me about the scratches on the back ,the car was clean and oil was over the plastic car . Now I brought the car back and they said it was not there and they wanted charge me £400 .I definitely know the scratches was there I am not paying for that, they have taking my deposits. Not recommend, as they have done the same to my friend

These guys have helped us out over the last couple of months while our work van's been out of action. Really helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after. Would definitely recommend.
