Pierre couldn't have helped us more. My daughter has very weak ligaments and had broken her ankle twice and he miraculously got her back to normal. His treatment was excellent and the physio used an app so a teenager wanted to do the exercises. He then noticed I had a sore neck and fixed that too. He has a great manner and is excellent at his job.
Pierre was my PT postnatally and beyond! He has incredible knowledge of the body and goes above and beyond any other trainer i have used in the past - i highly recommend and trust him.

I had problems in the lower and upper back. Pierre worked on me to release the tension and then supplemented this with a recommendation of some regular specific excercises. He is fun to work but above all effective.
