My experience is positive and enjoy the group and talking as it has helped me get better and the support is good I'm happy.
Whenever ringing reception to chase up appointments, scheduled phone calls or to sort out medication, receptionists are dismissive and rude and don't have a clue what they are doing. Support nurses don't stick to their schedules, they are always changing, seeming to be very unorganised and dont even bother ringing to apologise for the inconvenience they cause by keeping their patient in the dark about what is going on.
