Un hotel para quedarse bien ubicado, excelente la habitación, la piscina y la playa privada, muy amables todo el personal, para volver.
We spent 2 wonderful weeks at this splendid hotel. I rekomend It strongly.
Whether you are a visitor or a local, this is the spa to go to. It's pricey, but worth it!!!!
This has to be the absolute best place to stay in Key West! The staff is great, the rooms are nice, and it's the best location at the end of Duval Street! Everything is within easy walking distance.. the wharfs (and their restaurants/bars and excursions) and, of course, Duval Street itself! The pool and small beach (c'mon...you're not really here for the beach anyway) are nice for a few hours of sun each day, but the bar and the day bartender, Janine, are the best! We spent 5 gloriously, delightful days here! From the moment we arrived, EVERY. SINGLE. EMPLOYEE was pleasant, professional and courteous! From the parking lot greeter, FOH, BOH, courtesy trolley drivers, maintenence & housekeeping we were treated like long lost friends by all! A few shout outs to those we encountered but more importantly, can remember their names & stories. We may have had a few adult bevs........
