Booked a different hotel that was 20 minutes away and it was horrid!! Pier House got us a nice room same day and it was heavenly!! Staff was wonderful, polite, professional and always available. First time in Key West, but will definitely book this place again;) stay was March 18th-25th.
Love this place. Just as wonderful as when I came 15 years ago. The lady at the front name Ariel was so helpful. Thank you for everything.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. I'm here still room is out dated nothing but trouble with it . They gave a smaller room for a night showed me 5 rooms all smaller than the one I had Gave me a card for a free meal now the room I'm in has problems what a joke . I come to Key West a few times a year I won't be staying here.
First timers in visiting the Keys and this resort. Fabulous resort and the staff is A-mazing <especially Louis>. Thank you for your hospitality!! Much appreciated!! We'll be back!!
Pretty nice hotel, beautiful grounds, good, but expensive restaurant. Decent little beach, but tiny, and I mean tiny...They have their own shuttle service. Overall a thumbs up..
A little high priced for what it is and we did not get the ocean view room that we booked. When my husband asked about the issue he was told that we could upgrade for $140 per person per night, laughable! Not happy that we have to share a ground floor balcony area with another room. We will not be back
