A week ago I arranged with my local Oxfordshire branch to do a video link at 7pm tonight to assess what I had to move and provide me with a quote. Today at 4:30pm they called asking why I had cancelled and did I want to go ahead with a full cancellation, or simply re-schedule. I explained I hadn't cancelled, in fact I hadn't contacted them at all, but they seemed to think an email had come to them cancelling my video appointment.
