I absolutely would not recommend this company who I used to ship our house contents from the UK to Australia. Communication became poor very early on (once Id paid them) with emails not being answered, needing to be chased up and partial and/or unhelpful replies. They also gave out of date contact details for me to the Australian company they'd contracted to deliver our shipment, causing unnecessary delay. Pickford's have moved me and my family 10 times all over the World with great success. Last year they moved me to another site in Bournemouth and did bad damage to my dining table top glass and one wooden end. The two removal men could not agree as to whether my table would need taking apart or not. My table was dragged 3 times over the metal divide in my carpets causing bad damage, The clown who was sent to repair just painted some liquid like honey on the surface.
