If you want to waste your time, money and get lots of stress, this company should be your choice They are extremely unprofessional bunch of cowboys. Do not keep the primissed timescale of promissed undertakings and never keep their promisses. Every time I phoned only to be told to be phoned back because they are 'busy' and never phone back. I can only imagine where majority of the other reviews are fake. I would probably use any other firm but this one. Left me with a bitter taste which I will remember for a long time.
Laura and Harjinder worked really hard to get our sale and purchase through to completion. Laura especially pulled out all the stops and stayed late to get our very tricky completion over the line.
Adding to my previous review from 2024, this is my third time using Pickfords and Harjinder & Laura did a great job with our sale and purchase. Got a bit complicated towards the end but appreciated their patience, personable and friendly manner when discussing concerns on the phone.
