Recently had surgery and follow up care from all at the practice was excellent,thank you!
Asked for my blood type, which is essential to have if there is ever an emergency but this practice don't release this information. I am shocked? This needs to change. It's basic information any patient should know.
Just dont get me started on the attitude of some doctors, who by the way I have no clue who they are!!! I have a chronic pain condition that needs follow ups ect and I basically got told it's all in my brain! I haven't seen my own doctor for years and don't have a clue if he is actually my doctor anymore?? So like others said on here I have to go through it all with a new doctor every time and they really don't make you feel like they care and just want you out of the door! Very poor attitude by receptionist called Karen, comes across very rude. Clearly doesn’t want to be there and doing what she does.
