As a Pediatric Ophthalmologist, I primarily care for children's eye needs from glasses/contacts to surgery. I am also trained in adult strabismus (crossed eyes, double vision). At Lafayette Family Eye Care, we strive to stay at the forefront of all medical and technological advances. Most importantly, we provide our patients with the highest quality eye care in a warm, friendly environment.

Dr. Piccione and his staff were amazingly patient with my both of my children during their eye exam. When my youngest started crying, they gave us a minute for her to calm down, they gave her a rubber duck, and the nurse came it to help her calm down. They were absolute angels. I greatly appreciated their kindness and compassion.

Dr. Piccione has been seeing my daughter since she was 3 and is now 13 years old . We have always had a positive experience with each visit . His staff is friendly and helpful . Never a long wait . Dr. Piccione is very knowledgeable, kind and caring . He takes time to explain and always makes sure all of our questions are answered . I’m so happy we chose him years ago !
We have been coming for a year now, and love it. Never long waiting times, you are in an out like a dr office should be. Everybody is very friendly an loving to all the children. Dr. Piccione is great an to the point! So glad we found him an for the great care he is taking of our sweet girl!

Dr. Piccione is awesome! He has taken great care of our kids. We also love his office staff. The entire clinic offers great customer service and are very efficient.
Dr Piccione has been seeing my children for at least 10 years. He successfully performed a surgery on one of my children at a year old. Her eyes are still perfect. We see Dr Piccione for regular checkups for all four of my children. The office staff is always efficient and courteous.
Dr. Piccione is AMAZING!!! I have been coming to Dr. Piccione for eight years! He is very accurate with his exam. He has done surgery on my oldest son, and everything went wonderful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Piccione as an eye doctor for every kid!
The ULTIMATE in quality! It was God send finding Dr. Piccione. Educated in adult strabismus (as well as children) he’s the very best at what he does. My right eye has been an ongoing problem, he was able to get the measurement and aligmanenr perfect with a quick uneventful surgery. Recovery was a breeze. He takes great pride in doing a great job and it shows, from the quality of his staff, to the crease in his immaculate docrors coat. I’m very pleased indeed!
