As a Pediatric Ophthalmologist, I primarily care for children's eye needs from glasses/contacts to surgery. I am also trained in adult strabismus (crossed eyes, double vision). At Lafayette Family Eye Care, we strive to stay at the forefront of all medical and technological advances. i was mom shamed in front of my child because the 2 other eye exams didn't hint to us that there was a problem earlier like when she was tested in pre-k and at her family dr.. im sure he is a wonderful doctor but i have never felt more defeated and broken as a mom then when i left there. see maybe what this dr doesn’t realize is that everyone is facing a battle and beating me up about how i failed my child because i trusted that the other checks were truthful can not possibly compare to how much i’v beat myself up already. s... read more
