I met with Ida after having major surgery on my leg, to help rebuild strength and I have been making great progress on strength and mobility with her help. Ida is really knowledgeable and I feel like I'm constantly being given stage -appropriate and thorough exercises to do which I feel have massively helped my recovery. Appointments have been very easy to schedule and if I ever have a query in between sessions she is always on hand to answer them - thank you!
After having spinal surgery I was very afraid to move my body at all. This is where I cannot thank Ida enough for showing me that my body is stronger than I could imagine. With her patience and expertise she gradually built my confidence, helped me to conquer every day tasks and most importantly showed me safe methods that enabled me to be there for my 2 young children . I had knee replacement surgery back in March and was really struggling.I had actually looked up PRS and noticed the good reviews and kept that in mind in case I needed help. I’m so glad I did as Ida has really helped me with my rehabilitation!! Communication excellent very patient with my husband. Has been supporting him for over a year. Once a week. He has better movement in his right side which got effected in the acccident. Her communication with my husband is fantastic. She had also helped me to get a wheelchair for my husband which i am so greatful of . Thank you
