Having had back problems for many years and other mobility issues too, I made an appointment to see if some more physio might assist me. Catherine was very easy to talk to and she asked relevant questions about my medical history to assist in deciding upon treatment. She was able to complete some manual manipulation and gave me a couple of exercises which will be easy to incorporate into my daily life; my issue has often been that I do them for a while then just give up because there are too many. The clinic are welcoming and comforting.My physiotherapist was lovely very professional and identified my issue and treatment following a thorough assessment.I intend to follow my treatment through because I'm already feeling less pain .

First vist for physio at the clinic. A great experience. I Was looked after in a professional manner and was always dealt with in a relaxed manner. The exercises I was given were clearly explained on how ech one would help my condition. I left feeling positive and with a better understanding of my ailment.. Thanks

I’m so glad I booked the appointment, I felt really heard and validated in my difficulties. I felt comfortable throughout the appointment and was given plenty of opportunities to ask questions. At the end of the appointment I felt like my mind had been put at ease and I had a solid plan for going forwards. Thank you!
