Fara is an excellent physio. She knows how to successfully treat any problem. I have no hesitation in recommending her.
Fahrana treated my ankle tendinitis with a mix of deep tissue massages and targeted exercises to strengthen stabilisers. She could clearly explain to me what was the problem and how the exercises+massages would help the tendon to heal. I was completely discharged after 4 sessions, but I could start running again after the third (and I had stopped running for 3+ months before seeing her).
A five star recommendation as Fara has done so much to help me over many years. She has seen me through a hip replacement and lower back problems which I wouldn’t have managed without her expertise. She is very kind and caring with her patients and is always there with advice and information in addition to the physiotherapy. Anybody needing physio treatment should I contact Fara - you won’t be disappointed.
