I had been in an accident (lorry into rear of my car), and had whiplash. My neck and shoulder motion was severely reduced and I was maxed-out on painkillers for the first few weeks following the crash. I was as stiff as a board, could barely turn my head. Fantastic service..I had back and neck problems which was treated successfully and with the exercises given to myself I am now back to full fitness. Would highly recommend..first class service.

I’ve recently had physio for a mcl injury and from the first session I knew I was looked after and would be on the mend with the best possible care and treatment,mounira is brilliant at her job and I definitely advice her to anyone needing help, thank you.
