I actually thoroughly ‘enjoy’ being encouraged to the limits of painful physicality by Gill .( needled porcupine included) It’s exactly what my shoulder ( proximal humerus fracture) and I need. I have a stiff shoulder and neck which was diagnosed as polymyalgia. No scans just a prescription for steroids. First visit to Gill at PhysioEdge I had an ultrasound scan which showed a damaged tendon caused by wear and tear on the rotator cuff. The neck was just very tight muscles. 3 visits later and I am already feeling relief. Gill is amazing. I can't recommend her highly enough.
