Incredible, knowledgeable instructor.
I joined Tee in July 2025 for a trial Pilates class and haven’t looked back. She is always positive and uplifting, the women at the sessions are friendly and inviting. We work out whilst having fun too. I would highly recommend Tee’s classes to everyone 🧘♀️
I’ve had lower back pain for over a year, and despite seeing the NHS, no one was able to help relieve the pain. Since starting treatment with Tee, the difference has been incredible. She has significantly reduced the inflammation and is now helping me strengthen my spine properly. She’s knowledgeable, supportive, and truly amazing at what she does. I can’t recommend her enough.
From my trial session, it was obvious that Tee is genuinely lovely, and caring. She is fun and makes everyone feel completely at ease. I was nervous about trying reformer Pilates again after a previous experience left me feeling like a failure due to my back issues, but Tee’s approach changed that. Each session is varied, personalised, and enjoyable, with a strong focus on strengthening weaker areas while pushing you just the right amount.
