Having never been to a physiotherapist before, was a bit sceptical, but now I have seen Urh, I know I have someone that I can see with confidence and help me with any issues I have, I would recommend Urh to anyone, that has any injuries that needs physio treatment
I was hesitant to go to a physio at first but the pain in my upper back made me go. Urh "Ben" helped solve the pain with his expertise. He made me feel welcomed and explained why and how to help fix the problem. The guidance he's given me has helped strengthen my back, removing the pain I had. Thank you so much! I'd recommend Ben to anyone who would like to resolve any issues they may have, or even just a chat.
After struggling with my shoulder for years after a surgery, I finally got the courage to see a physio and I'm glad it was Urh. After my first appointment he gave me some good exsersize to do. He has a lot of experience with international sports teams.
I had years of lower back pain until I met Urh. I was told by the GP and other physios that I would have to get used to the pain. Urh not only treated and resolved my back pain, he also gave me a management strategy to stop it coming back. I have most recently visited Urh to resolve a knee problem, again very clear communication and clear treatment plan. I would highly recommend Urh and Physiobase.
Great physio, Ben was brilliant. Went after gp told me I had arthritis. After seeing Ben found out I needed to strengthen my hamstrings and fingers crossed this will sort out the niggles I'm having.
