James is a great physio. I have sciatica and constant lower back pain and he has given me exercises that no one else has. He is hands on ( this is very rare) .This week he did stretches and massaged my lower back (wonderful). Already starting to feel the benefit 🙂🙂🙂Â
James has been fantastic! I had a brain tumour removed in April 2024 and suffered a stroke… nothing phased James and he worked hard on my gait and balance. He knows my love for running and he has never made me feel like this is an impossible task. I would recommend him time and time again - thank you!Â
I turned to James in desperation, suffering severe lower back pain making it very uncomfortable to sit down in my wheelchair or stand up straight and stretch. He's incredibly knowledgeable, knowing just which areas to target and explaining exactly what's causing the pain. Talk about miracle worker - after an hour I was a different person. I've never experienced that level of pain or  discomfort  since. Thoroughly professional, easy manner, very pleasant personality, wholeheartedly recommended.Â
