My name is Aaron Mistry, 29, suffered a rhomboid injury which affected my work as a personal trainer and I instantly went to physio solutions and Kish immediately diagnosed it and did deep tissue massage and told me great exercises to do at home and I worked very hard at home with his guidance. Also gave some lifestyle tips about sleeping and yoga to help recover better which was the main cause for injury and now after about a month I’m back to full training! Highly recommended!
I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Kish from the very beginning. During our first appointment, he accurately diagnosed my severe hip arthritis. Kish clearly explained what I should and shouldn't do, and he was straightforward in advising that I did not need physiotherapy at that stage. Rather than pushing for unnecessary appointments, he recommended that I see my GP for an orthopaedic specialist referral, which ultimately led to my hip replacement. I had several sessions with Kishan due to a sudden onset of severe instability and loss of mobility in my knee. Throughout my sessions, Kishan’s demonstration of his knowledge and experience of knee issues, left me feeling reassured after each visit. I'll get straight to the point here, basically Kish has changed my life. Before I saw him I'd been experiencing a chronic pain issue for 8 years.
