Kishen has been helping me with my running. I’ve had a niggly ankle issue and then an ongoing hip problem and his guidance has helped me stay on track so I can keep running. Would definitely recommend.
Found Kish by internet search over a year ago. He advised exercises for a back problem, 12 months later my back is the best it’s ever been. I have been recently with a shoulder problem as again exercises seem to be doing the trick. Kish is very professional yet friendly and highly recommend him.
