I recently visited Tenterden clinic and was treated by Mr. Tim Russel. I was experiencing some uncomfortable hip pain, so I wasn’t expecting any miracle. I had 30 minutes treatment and was given a simple little exercise that I can do at home which I did as often as I could. To my great surprise, the pain gradually went away. I am not saying I am pain free but I can walk and move quite comfortably since then. So my big thank you to Mr. Tim Russel. He is a very energetic and kind practitioner.
Tim is a fantastic physio. I have had a series of sessions that have greatly helped me recover and I highly recommend him.
Tim gave friendly, straightforward practical advice and treatment and, despite my scepticism, the pain I had been experiencing for a long time has practically gone after his manipulation and following his recommended exercises. Definitely someone I will come back when I need a physio!

Brilliant physio session with Tim. I arrived with a very painful knee. His diagnosis and treatment was first class. I left my appointment in much less pain than when I arrived.
