I had the pleasure (and a little "good" pain due to deep tissue sports massage) of meeting Gary at CarFest 2023. He was part of the team offering massages during the weekend in the SpaFest section at the festival. He made me feel very welcome, chatted to me throughout and before to understand what I wanted to get out of the experience; if there were any specific aches, pains and or niggles (he found a tight left shoulder! I have been going to Charlotte's Pilates classes for some years now and she really is the best. I have also had one to one physio for various injuries throughout the years and can thoroughly recommend her. As well as doing an excellent job she also happens to be a lovely caring lady. I have no hesitation in recommending her
