I ruptured my Achilles about a year ago playing sport. I was working with a different physio studio and was seeing quite slow results. I swapped over to PhysioJack and started working with Darragh who was truly excellent, going above and beyond with working around my schedule and doing further research to make sure we tried all possible exercises to get me back running as soon as possible. He was a pleasure to be with during sessions and would highly recommend him to anyone
Really great experience seeing Daniel at Physio Jack. He took the time to go through my symptoms, and identified the likely issue. The explanation of exercises were clear, both in the session, and the written info that followed. The follow-up session was useful to review progress, and Daniel suggested some helpful steps to try and prevent the issue recurring.
