I’ve seen Jo at Physio Forward for two separate issues knee pain and tennis elbow, and I can honestly say that she is outstanding! Jo is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Physio Forward, I originally went with a lower back issue which an osteopath & 3 physios previously had not managed to sort out. I saw Jo Steele who was excellent, very professional, and thorough. She resolved my back issue.

Would really recommend booking in with Nilma for a Mummy MOT if you have recently had a baby. I went to see her 3 months post partum as was struggling with my recovery - she pinpointed what the issues were and gave me exercises to build back up my strength. 2 months later I’m feeling much stronger and recently been able to take part in some of the classes I haven’t been able to join since pre pregnancy!
