I went to see Sarah 5 weeks before doing a half marathon with a tear in my calf and a sore ankle. I am 56 years old and had not run that sort of distance for a very long time. Sarah is a genius with her hands and offers very sage advice including getting me to aqua jog to continue my fitness. Not only did she get me to start line but also to the finish line without having run for 5 weeks. No pain from calf or ankle. Her wonderful work not only made me proud but also my family and friends......Thank you Sarah.
