This place is a freaking joke. We just sat over there for more than two hours and were never called back. The fat lazy office workers are too busy gossiping and stuffing their faces. They need a class on Customer Service. We went to Med Express on Timberlake and were called back within 15 minutes of arrival. I will give them ☆☆☆☆☆'s. Dr. Tatum you need to tighten up your office staff.
Great Doctor: Paul Malone. Fine enough front desk. Long waits when I went: a monday at 10:30am and some other weekday around 4pm. I go for Paul and they take my insurance.
