RecommendedI have used Dr. Tatum as our primary care doctor for years. I find the practice to be very good. I would rather walk in and wait for an hour (most of the time less) than I would to have to call for an appointment and be given an appointment weeks later. I have had them call the next day or several days later to see how we are doing - NEVER HAD THAT HAPPEN AT ANOTHER DOCTOR'S OFFICE!
Only go here if you absolutely have no other option or nothing else to do! Expect to wait for hours on end before hearing your name.... even for the most simple drug screen.... Horrific service
RecommendedThe last couple of times we didn't have to wait as long. The nursing staff are really nice.
Went for simple blood work that should be back within 24-48 hours, a week later I go to pick up results and they are already closed over an hour before they are scheduled to close 🙄 Poor care if you ask me. You should be open until the time you say you close.

The past three times I’ve been sent here because of my job. If I had a choice I wouldn’t step into this place willingly. Most of the nurses are hateful and so are the doctors. On the positive there has been one nurse she works in the lab that has been amazing they need a full staff of people like her

Two hour wait on a Sunday afternoon with only a handful of people in the waiting room.
An hour and a half wait for them to tell us 6 more people are in front of us with just 3 people in the sick area and the rest on the well side, unacceptable!!
