When we moved to Virginia for a while I did not know where to go to. Kids got shots at the women's health department. Once I got decent health insurance I took them to this place.. for a check up on 2 seperate occassions, once for twins who were about 3 at the time and my oldest son who was about 10. They didn't do much at all and BOTH times told me to come back when something was wrong with them!!!!! I love Dr.Tatum The staff r great! You can get everything done! Xrays blood work, etc! Better then Lynchburg General
Dr. Tatum is a sweet, caring man. Heidi Kind is great too!!! The only place I go!
The staff is horrible..I only like 3 of the DRs. But most of the people working there act like they don't give a crap about you. I've been sick with a sinus infection, double ear infection and bronchitis and have yet to wait for them to send me in an antibiotic. I'd say for as long as I've been waiting, I deserve my $80 back for going through all this BS.
The worst experience I've ever had at a doctor. Went for a worker's compensation appointment and spent more time in the waiting room than with a doctor. Doctor Tatum barely glanced at my injury and cleared me to work tomorrow despite me trying to tell him that I'm still in a lot of pain and unable to do my job one-handed. Now I'm losing a day's worth of pay because my job won't pay me for time lost since a doctor approved me to go back even though I can't work.
