Went in for dizziness that I had for over a week and waited over 2 hours to be seen. Staff up front was pleasant but when I went to see the doctor I was asked ridiculous questions and made to feel like I was stupid. Then the doctor almost made me pass out. I had to lay down and he showed no compassion for how I was feeling, he simply left the room and was going to wait until I was better to continue the appointment. Would definitely recommend going here for your mildly-urgent, walk-in medical needs! They always do a great job! The wait is always a little long, but for a walk-in place it's not that bad. The staff is kind and friendly. I have met with multiple doctors here and all of them have been warm, professional, thorough and put a personal touch on their assessment!

My wife at 37 weeks pregnant was very sick and getting worse since she can't take meds, due to pregnancy. So after 1 hour of sitting in the waiting room, we go to the front desk and ask why the 5 people that walked in after us are being called back before us. They try to find the chart and come to fin out, they lost it. They were frantically making a new one without us noticing, but when we asked for a refund and money back the manager comes up and apologizes that the staff lost her chart. This is the ONLY place I go when I am ill! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and REALLY cares about you and your health. Service is very speedy and most of the testing can be done here, so it makes it convenient for the doctors to diagnose your illness. Would not even consider going ANYWHERE else!!!!
