My care there is always excellent. The last few times I’ve tried to go in they’ve told me I’ve got $130 in collections and cannot see me. This $130 I paid back in august/September. I tried going again in January and they told me the same thing despite them having previously told me it was resolved. I got tired of the back and forth and just paid the $130 again as well as the cost for that days visit. I go again tonight and am told the same thing. RecommendedThe staff was incredibly nice and friendly The doctors were very approachable and had a sense of humor! Big Plus!
PTC will not communicate with patients. I have called 5 times over 2 weeks concerning Rx refill and no one will call me back. Rx was finally called in to pharmacy but it was called in wrong. Again no one will talk to me. So sad. Being busy is no excuse for poor service.
Terrible customer service and ridiculous wait. Over three hour wait time. Just to be seen
In and out in a timely manner
Do you like waiting an hour and a half, in your car, in the heat, simply because you have congestion? I DON’T. And you might not either. When you aren’t even allowed past the front door, we got issues. Will never come here again.
