My first nurse barely acknowledged me. Very cold. Didn't offer me a blanket, left me shivering on the exam gurney. Never showed me the call button. No personality or human side. No smile. Nurses were looking at photos on someone's phone and ignored me when I tried to ask for help. Thank God I ended up with a different nurse - very nice and kind. The doctor was very good. Staff seems to care more about their personal life than they do the patients.

Thanks for everyone's prayer for my mom. She is doing much better. And she is getting ready to be discharged from the hospital. First I thank God for his kindness and mercy. And second I thank the doctor and all the nurses who were awesome here at physicians regional hospital.

Two years ago today, my dad was rushed to this hospital due to being in cardiac arrest. Not only did they save my dad's life but they were very caring and understanding at the difficult time my family was going threw. I cannot thank the first responders and emergency room/icu staff for saving my dad's life. They definitely worked hard! Thank you! Your work does not go unseen and is very much appreciated!
