My husband, mom and myself have been steady patients at PRMC since 2010. Other than isolated incidents we have nothing but positive comments about doctors, labs, ER and hospital stays. The three of us are totally different people with our own expectations on quality healthcare. So, the obvious conclusion is that this hospital system works for our family.
Positively dreadful. How to be a nurse at physicians regional. Repeat after me: 'I don't know. Let me go check,' then disappear for hours. You may also wear your gloves to contact bodily fluids, including blood, and feel free to answer phones, touch drawer and door handles, then go back to the patient and contact them again. Worst ER I've EVER been to. I was given conflicting information, was treated poorly by several employees, and Jeanette in the emergency room was incredibly rude to me. They're there for your money, not your well- being. Will never go to this hospital again, and will make sure my friends and family don't either.
