Billing department doesn't know what they're doing. They're trying to double dip to get money from myself and my insurance. This is besides the point that my toddler was ignored when he had a 104 fever at 5 in the morning (and they still tried to bill me $500+ to tell me to go home and give him Tylenol. Mind you he had a double ear infection that required antibiotics. I had to go somewhere else the same day because his fever would not go down). Never again!
My husband has had nothing but the best of care. Everyone is very curtious & helpful. We came in through the ER was seen immediately taken care of. Friendly & helpful in the ER as well.
RecommendedAs good or better than any hospital I’ve experienced as a patient. And that includes Mass General in Boston.
I would not bring my worst enemy there. They are rude and nasty in the ER. I went in because I had a UTI and I was in excruciatingly pain in spite of being on pain killers. I had been on antibiotics for a week and they were not working. One nurse literally laughed at me for coming in for a UTI. Then a poor young lady who had Taken too many drugs and died was dumped at the door step so it became a crime scene. All the nurses were giggling about the poor girl. The police were all over. My father has been in ICU for a week and just moved this past week into a regular room. In this two week time not ONCE has he had a washcloth across his face let alone a bed bath! This is poor hygiene and poor nursing care. They moved his room 3 times without telling family and now his room phone doesn't work. Not impressed
Update: this hospital has more then made up for what happened i received my surgery within 48 hours of complaint and I’m on the road to recovery. DR storey as well has taken care of situation. I’m very glad i made light of situation. I want to make clear the hospital it self i wasn’t upset at it was the situation and how i was being portrayed.
