Horrendous hospital. @physiciansregional in East Naples is the absolute worst. Doctors just drop you if they can’t figure out what’s wrong with you. Nurses lie and say they are doing one thing and then ghost you. Never come here. Even as a last resort
This place is trash. Literally did nothing and offered me drugs. Guess when you don’t have insurance they are allowed to deny you treatment... literally did nothing and charged me over a grand. Then when I said something about trying to help and fix this kinda had an attitude he ripped the pain meds off lol you guys are a joke!

I worry about the objectivity of the folks who work at this hospital, because I was just verbally assaulted online by Patty Collingwood, a nurse/case manager at the hospital. I do not think this person could or would be objective in treating someone whose political beliefs were not in line with her own.

Schedule more nurses on the floor. I’m sick of waiting over an hour for meds. This is not acceptable!!
I was recently in Physician's Regional on Pine Ridge, Naples for a hip replacement and was very pleased with the level of professionalism, kindness and attention by the staff. No problems or issues at all.
There are so many things that would improve this hospital. 75% of the nurses need to have more knowledge on equipment that they are TRYING to use. Taking 20-30 min to take someone to the RR is unacceptable. Throwing patients meds away is unacceptable. Not locking the bed while TRYING to put patient back in bed and letting her fall is unacceptable. (I have pictures of the bruises that were left) Leaving a patient that is paralyzed on one side of her body that can fall on a bedside toilet by herself for 15 min is unacceptable.... read more
