Avoid this hospital at all costs. They are not focused around patient care and instead focused around medicare / insurance reimbursement. Some of the staff is fantastic but it is a shame that the hospital overall does not have any underlying concern around patient care. My mother was seen at this hospital and I continually had to fight for the right level of care. If left up to the hospital she would likely be in worse condition or dead. If you have any ability to select which hospital you go to, DO NOT select this one.
horrible, only care about racking up your bill. then they sue everyone if you miss a payment. . 3 day bill $68,573.20. solved absolutely nothing, moronic and no diagnoses had to go to NCH and get solutions
Got robbed $470.00 today for an X-ray of my neck. Went upstairs to my neurologist and was told not only did they not take the X-ray he wanted, I could have gotten the X-ray done at NCH for $50, thanks for nothing!
This place is a rip off. Over a year after I was there, they are now billing me saying they don’t accept my insurance. A YEAR LATER!!! Even though it was pre approved by my insurance company. Unbelievable what Med centers try to get away with. STAY AWAY!
Poor coordination of care
RecommendedI could not leave Naples without thanking Dr Richard Beatty and his nurses for the wonderful treatment I received whilst being treated at this hospital. I shall not forget the professionalism, the caring and humour. For a while I feared for my sight. I leave for UK a much happier and healthier person. I shall be eternally grateful. All the admin staff were very friendly and efficient.
Kirk Woodruff could provide his correct email adrs. so that i can send my complaints to him.
Great doctors and doctors office staff however general clinic support staff are horrible. I’m not sure it’s actually the staff I believe it’s the running of the clinic. You cannot get directly through to a doctors office. You can’t get through to anybody higher up than the receptionist. They want full medical history just to leave a msg. Why can I just leave a voice mail on the person I’m looking to reaches voicemail? In order to actually speak with the office I want to speak of I have to physically go to the office.
