Compassionate Dr. who takes his time to listen Wonderful and compassionate doctor. My mother is 63 and a lot of younger doctors are really quick, in and out. Dr. O was warm, compassionate and culturally sensitive. my mother had an allergic reaction to something unknown and you could tell he took time to think and make sure he was prescribing the appropriate medication and making sure it wouldn't have a negative effect with her other medications. Satisfied Patient I saw Dr. Olisemeka and was very pleased with his care and his time he spent with me. Everything about the visit was well above average for any type of emergency/urgent care visit. Their onsite x-rays came in handy to rule our pneumonia and the prescriptions were called in to my local pharmacy before I left the office. Definitely go here if you need urgent care in the Rockville, Potomac, Bethesda, Gaithersburg area. This was my second visit in the last year for 2 separate issues and both were resolved well.
Mrs. best UC I have been too. Receptionist was very professional and efficient. Wait time very good. PA was very friendly, and did multiple tests to confirm diagnosis. Prescription faxed to pharmacy before I could arrive (10 minutes later). Have already recommended to many people at King Farm.

Billing and reimbursement policies for medicaid need to change. I injured myself on a volunteer effort at Children's National Medical Center. I was told very rudely by staff that the payment would have to be pursued as workman's comp instead billed to my medicaid MMO Amergroup. She said that if it is not reimbursed by workman's comp I would have to pay out of pocket, that they would not bill Amerigroup. I DO NOT GET WORKMANS COMP. I explained this. I continue to have positive experiences at this office. Front desk staff are genuine and caring. Doctors make you feel at ease and take their time with you. When I can not get an appointment with my regular Doctor, I know I can make an online appointment and walk out of there feeling better. Thank you to all the doctors and staff your truly First Class.
