Billing and reimbursement policies for medicaid need to change. I injured myself on a volunteer effort at Children's National Medical Center. I was told very rudely by staff that the payment would have to be pursued as workman's comp instead billed to my medicaid MMO Amergroup. She said that if it is not reimbursed by workman's comp I would have to pay out of pocket, that they would not bill Amerigroup. I DO NOT GET WORKMANS COMP. I explained this. I continue to have positive experiences at this office. Front desk staff are genuine and caring. Doctors make you feel at ease and take their time with you. When I can not get an appointment with my regular Doctor, I know I can make an online appointment and walk out of there feeling better. Thank you to all the doctors and staff your truly First Class.

The staff and doctor are exceptional. They show true genuine care just as if this was my primary doctors office. I have always left feeling better and have healed quickly. I highly recommend this office.
