Last Thursday i went to Physicians immediate care because my darling, precious Maine Coon kitty, Tommy bit me on the wrist. He isn't a mean animal, I wanted him to move and I startled him and this was his reaction. Anyway, everyone there was friendly to me and took care of my wrist. I went back in Friday for a recheck and to tell me how to continue taking care of the wound. Excellent care. Very friendly and caring staff. The doctor listened to me and was flexible in providing care for me due to my allergies. I am healing nicely and have follow up visits scheduled with my dermatologist and my dentist. Thank you and I will return for future needs that may arise.
We have waited 2 hours with my little daughter, and they have made two set of X-rays on her, which is not acceptable in my opinion with a 4-year-old. The reason for the two X-rays was that the first doctor did not know the symptoms of a nursemaid's elbow - the second doctor did. After the successful procedure, we had to wait another hour or so. The staff was friendly, though.
Being able to schedule online was so very helpful. The front desk staff was pleasant, waiting room experience was pleasant and brief. The medical staff were respectful and they listened! They gave my son treatment and it's helping already. That was soooo very appreciated because for the past few years, I feel like Urgent Care places just automatically send us away and say it's viral and then we end up missing more work and school and eventually end up needing treatment anyway. I really enjoy going to this facility. The people there are very friendly and helpfull.
The Doctor was excellent! I got a very through exam. Staff was very friendly!
